One-Arm Row (Tubing)
			
		With one arm forward, 
other hand on abdomen, 
pull tubing to side 
of chest, palm in or up. 
Keep hips still.
		Repeat with 
other arm.
		Do ____ repetitions, 
____ sets. 
Anchor at chest level,
